I have used Paul's services for the first time after reading reviews online and let me tell you - I'm very glad I did. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and above all, polite honest person. He took the time to explain what he was doing during the boiler service, also I really appreciated his excellent advice on various system faults and other plumbing stuff. After seeing that I had a faulty room thermostat, Paul very kindly offered to replace it with a working one from his van. I will definitely use Paul again for all future central heating/plumbing jobs. I highly recommend him and his services which are excellent value for money too!

Paul helped replacing our old boiler and installing the new one last year. He was very responsive in terms of coming down for a site visit in order to quote, and the quote was very reasonable too, so we decided to go with him. When the actual job was carried out it was done very professionally and to a high standard.We contacted him again this year to do the annual boiler servicing and gas safety check. Again he turned up on time, did a very thorough job by checking every single aspect that needs to be covered: detecting any gas leak, servicing boiler, cleaning magnetic filter, checking carbon monoxide detector, ensuring thermostat control works properly etc. For the amount of work carried out at that standard, the price was really competitive.We will continue to use Paul for any boiler related service and we certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs such services.

Paul has been checking and maintaining the boiler in our flat for two years now as well as fixing ad hoc issues with the dishwasher. He is friendly, quick to respond, reliable and reasonably priced. We are lucky to have found him! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I have used various heating engineers over the years and, despite some of them being extremely good, none of them reach the overall standards of Paul Brooke from Boiler Repairs London.Paul is quite simply the best heating engineer I have met. He is polite and friendly, his communication is clear and concise, he accepts a challenge and finds solutions and the quality of his work is exemplary.Paul did everything he could to meet our needs and made intelligent, well-considered suggestions to resolving any small complications.The installation was actually quite tricky, due to a long flu run in a vertical services riser, but Paul never grumbled at all .. he just got his head down and carried out the work to a high standard.Paul's fees are also very competitive and, considering the quality of his work, represent very good value.I don't hesitate to recommend Paul as my number one choice of heating engineer. If you want the best, look no further.

Immersion heater problems. Really good communication from Paul. Attended the property the next day. I was kept up to date throughout and pictures were shared of the work. I am a Landlord and therefore found this super helpful. Paul gives his honest opinion and the work is value for money. Paul arranged for his colleague Tyler to assist with a boiler breakdown. V responsive and was there next day at 8am to sort. Both Paul and Tyler were very professional, were able to give a good estimate of costs, and clearly know their stuff. And v conscious of covid measures. All in, a satisfied (and toasty warm) customer.

Paul and his colleague Tyler came out of there from Hackney to Essex on a job as a result of a previous builder fault when installing. They arrived within an hour of calling, there were both professional and great guys and did an amazing job and as a result the boiler is now deemed safe. Top Notch work lads thank you. Martin

They installed a new Vaillant combi boiler for me, plus Nest thermostat and individual radiator thermostats. They were punctual, professional, tidy and efficient and fitted the new boiler at what I consider was a good price, having got a couple of other quotes before making my decision. I have no hesitation in recommending their services to others.

I have been using Paul for about three years at my rented property and I am so glad that I found him. Paul is trustworthy, reliable, replies to me promptly, keeps me informed of the work's progress and sends before & after photos. He contacts my tenants directly and always does a great job at a reasonable price. By trade, Paul is a plumber/heating engineer but I've found it invaluable that he can also do other small repairs, eg. minor carpentry repairs, fitting blinds etc. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Absolutely excellent! After various disappointments with multiple repair companies (didn't respond; no-shows; no follow-up; etc), I finally found Paul at Boiler Repairs London. I had decided that other technicians might have thought the job was too small, but now I think it may have been just too big/complex a job for them. Paul was thorough in his initial evaluation, and managed to provide timely responses, detailed descriptions of the problems (with photos) and sensible/reasonably priced proposals for the work. I could not be happier with his work and his follow-through, and I would have no hesitation to recommend him for all your heating/gas/plumbing needs (so long as he doesn't get too busy if/when I need him again in the future)!

Paul sourced and fitted one with without fuss, at a time to suit me, was punctual, thorough, carried out a neat installation, was pleasant to deal with and tidied up after himself. I couldn't be happier with Paul's services! Over the last week I had problems with my both my shower and dishwasher. Paul responded pretty much straight away, fixed the problems and completed the jobs quickly and very efficiently. I had blocked drain under the sink which was causing my washing machine to make gurgling sounds and flood.I called BRL plumbing after seeing all the good reviews online and experiencing a variable response from another local plumbing company.Paul was very accomodating in trying to fit me in at short notice as he explained they were very busy. Paul and Tyler came along the next day, prompt and on time. They had a look at my problem, which turned out to be a bigger job than expected and what I had initially described. The 'leak' was actually a blockage that needed specialist equipment.Tyler came back in the evening and proceeded to clear the blockage and restore my washing machine waste water pipe.The price was reasonable and the service was good.I would use them again and would recommend to friends and familyCharlene
